Developing people is our priority

Training and development of our people is crucial. Investment in training programs ensures our service team members continuously improve their capabilities to provide the best service to our clients.
Through the Elastomers Australia School of Excellence, a unique and specialised in-house training program has been developed. It is based on more than 45 years of product and industry knowledge and experience. This program allows the company to mentor current staff and onboard new team members, fast-tracking their development to become Screen Media Specialists.
Staff members also have access to a broad range of tailored internal training and development resources, access to tools to assist with their own professional development, and opportunities to undertake external training to ensure they become the best at what they do and how they do it. Goals and performance can be tracked through our online learning management system, enabling staff to take control of their own development at a pace that fits their individual needs and desires.
