SAVINGS FOR MANGANESE MINER

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Elastomers Australia was asked by an Australian manganese miner to conduct a trial aimed at reducing servicing and shutdown time, and lowering overall screen media costs.
SOLUTION
Part of the program was to provide an assessment on the previously fitted screen products (provided) by an alternate supplier and offer an Elastomers Australia solution which would result in a more cost-effective outcome. Having identified a range of site-specific objectives and processes, Elastomers Australia introduced an innovative screen media solution which provided superior wear life and improved fixing system to greatly reduce maintenance time and costs.
