Elastomers Australia was engaged by longstanding clients in NSW and Queensland to help reduce magnetite consumption at their coal processing plants. The outcome saw significant benefits from both the reduction in magnetite consumption and screen media cost savings.

Elastomers Australia secured a services and supply contract for a key mining operator across 11 sites. A target of 12 months was set by the operator for integration of Elastomers Australia screen media across all sites.

Eight years on from designing and trailing a solution with the objective of transitioning cyclone plant shutdowns from 12 to 24 weeks, Elastomers Australia continues to work closely with the client to continually optimise outcomes.
