SHUTDOWN REDUCTION DELIVERS MANY BENEFITS

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Looking to increase productivity, a Queensland coal mine approached Elastomers Australia to investigate increasing the production campaign from three to four weeks. Our consultative approach delivered a range of major benefits for the client.
SOLUTION
Elastomers Australia client solutions specialists consulted with site and inspected existing site conditions and equipment. Collaboratively, the Elastomers Australia Innovations Team developed a solution which delivered the desired four-week lifecycle and increase in productivity. In addition, the Elastomers Australia Solutions Team customised and implemented a service maintenance program to reduce the risk of unscheduled downtime and improving overall OHS exposure.
