We’re excited to welcome Luke Goodale to our Elastomers Australia team as our new Senior Health & Wellness Advisor. Luke brings over 17 years of experience in the health, fitness, and injury prevention space, with a strong background in both hands-on training and strategic wellness leadership.
Luke has worked across all aspects of the health and fitness space, from strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, to corporate wellness and mental performance. He has also worked with elite international athletes, bringing high-performance principles into everyday settings to support long-term health and functional capacity.
He’s worked extensively in corporate health, designing and delivering wellness rollouts across remote mining and industrial settings, and most recently led an international company to roll out a national program, in physical and mental wellbeing.
With a unique ability to bridge personal training expertise with large-scale health strategies. Luke will be instrumental in driving our workforce wellness initiatives, supporting injury prevention, mobility, stability and overall staff fitness and resilience.
We are excited to welcome Luke to our team as he gets started in his new role, we’re sure he will bring lots of value to our team in ensuring that our staff are well equipped and safe at work.
